Terms of Use
Effective May 11, 2026
feedback-hub (the “Service”) is an internal feedback collection tool operated by Mark Orosa. It is a small, self-hosted service deployed at feedback-hub.orosa.io. By using the widget embedded in one of Mark’s products, or by signing into the Service, you agree to these terms.
What this service does
The Service collects free-text feedback (bugs, ideas, praise, questions) submitted by end users of consumer applications (currently Resibow and HRIS), along with limited environmental context (the page URL the feedback was sent from, viewport size, user-agent string, and optionally the submitting user’s identity as provided by the host application). Submissions may also include a screenshot of the page taken voluntarily by the user.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit malicious, automated, or abusive content through the widget or any other endpoint of the Service.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, including any underlying infrastructure.
- Do not include personal information about third parties beyond what is strictly necessary to describe the feedback (e.g. don’t paste other users’ emails).
Account and access
Inbox access is limited to authorized project owners. Sign-in uses single-use email codes via Resend. The operator may revoke access at any time and for any reason.
Submitted content
You retain whatever rights you have in the content you submit. By submitting feedback, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free right to read it, store it, and act on it for the purpose of improving the host application that originated the submission.
Submitted content may be deleted by the operator at any time, with or without notice. The operator may also delete or anonymize content upon request — see Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It runs on a single self-hosted server and may be unavailable, lose data, or be discontinued at any time. Do not rely on it for any safety-critical or business-critical workflow.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The “Effective” date above will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
